JULY AT LA MISSION: WELLNESS & CULTURE

Throughout the summer, Hôtel La Mission in Saint-Sauveur offers a rich and inspiring seasonal program. From yoga, meditation, and Pilates sessions in the garden, to trail runs along the wild coast and strength training, festive evenings, and cultural events — visitors can recharge and discover the island from a fresh perspective, all in an idyllic setting.

Not to be missed: the Creators Market makes its big return in August.

Outdoor Wellness & Friendly Evenings

La Mission’s gardens host Pilates classes with Nadia, Vinyasa Yoga sessions (free for hotel guests), and meditation workshops. The Mission Run & Renfo combines cardio with the beauty of nature along the wild coast. These wellness activities (registration required, €20) appeal to both relaxation seekers and fitness enthusiasts.

In the evenings, it’s time to celebrate: “Friday Braseros” offer friendly communal dinners, while garden parties at La Mission bring style and rhythm to July nights.

The Creators Market: Creativity & Relaxation

In August, La Mission will host its Creators Market in the garden near the food truck. This pop-up village gathers local artisans — painting, sculpture, handmade creations — for a relaxed stroll with a drink in hand. The event is free and open to all, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
