Starting at €2,360 per person, this 3-night stay includes transfers, accommodation in the refined comfort of La Mission, full board dining at the La Missionnaire restaurant, and all guided routines led by Céline Roy.

Each day is punctuated by key moments focused on physical and mental well-being. A sample day might include:

• Morning digestive routine to naturally stimulate the digestive system.
• Midday muscle routine involving breathing, core work, and fascia mobilization to sculpt the figure, relieve back pain, and restore balanced posture.
• Evening anti-stress and sleep routine with gentle exercises and breathing techniques to prepare for deep rest.

Meals, curated by Chef Thomas Ratier, are made with local ingredients to combine pleasure, balance, and conviviality.
