Take a moment for yourself for a complete rejuvenation experience at La Mission.
The immersive "Rebalancing" retreat designed in collaboration with Céline Roy around the principle of metabolic rebalancing, proposes to better understand the hormonal changes that women may experience during (pre)menopause.
A turnkey seaside stay that combines targeted muscular exercises and breathing techniques with moments of sharing and discovery to reconnect with balance and vitality.
During this retreat, participants will explore her eponymous method in the welcoming and soothing environment of La Mission.
A blend of muscle strengthening, mobility, and active breathing. Céline's interventions will punctuate the different highlights of the day: a digestive routine upon waking to restart the digestive system, a muscular routine in late morning to work on silhouette, posture, and back pain, as well as a routine focused on relaxation and sleep at the end of the day.
3-night stay, from Thursday October 16 to Sunday October 19. From €2,357 including transfers, accommodation, full board, and classes taught by Céline Roy.
